Description

Deep red with hints of youth, typical of this variety. Aromatic on the nose, notes of ripe plums, enhanced by vanilla and spices from the oak barrels after 12 months of maturation.

Concentrated wine, sweet attack as a result of its soft and velvety tannins. Good companion for meats, pasta and fermented cheeses such as Roquefort. Serving temperature: 15° “ 17° C.
